A message dated May 7, 1996, was read stating the Senate has passed            
CSHB 342(RES) am with the following amendment and it is                        
transmitted for consideration:                                                 
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 342(RES) am S                             
An Act relating to water quality.                                             
                                                                               
Representative Robinson declared a conflict of interest.                       
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHB 342(RES) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB
342(RES) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes.                      
                                                                               
The question being:  Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment            
to CSHB 342(RES) am?  The roll was taken with the following
